Refund policy

We hold a 14-day return policy, allowing you 14 days after purchasing your item to return in store. You may return an item under the conditions laid out below for store credit or exchange only. We do not issue refunds at present.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We accept returns in store only.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any damages or issues that are not immediately made clear to the team may result in refusal of the return of said product.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once accepted, exchange for a different size or product of the same value, discrepancy in value will be made up by either store credit or by payment of the remaining sum.

Refunds

We do not offer Refunds for purchased items at this time, if unsatisfied with your purchase you may return for store credit or exchange.
